I would really like an email address or phone number for eBay. I have inherited a charity account. Some details need changing. I am going around in circles so would like to speak or email a real person at eBay. Not an automated assistant

@cornelib0 It is not normally possible to change the name on an eBay account or change the SS / EIN number.

Since you inherited the account you MIGHT be able to change the information if you have the legal documentation to prove that you inherited it.
