Edit shipping prior to payment for lowest cost

Question

I have sold an item and I think I did not select the correct shipping options for lowest cost (e.g. selecting ebay traditional envelope for $0.61 shipping cost). Is there a way to correct this prior to the buyer paying calculated shipping costs)? I have not seen the check box to select ebay traditional envelope and my typical shipping costs are between $3.00 and $5.00 which seems way too high to ship one penny.
