Android 7 users have recently had issues with the Ebay app, for the time being the mobile browser would be an option.
Apple iPhone users here have reported that their phone reaquires a system update to get the latest app. If you are on the iPhone it is possible to update to the latest compatible version for your device.
As a note: Whenever the devices fail, it is best to go on Desktop as it will work unless the site is down for maintenance or any specific internet issues for your internet provider.
