Edit corrected and upload return USPS tracking for my buyer to print it off
Summary: jacstone1000 mistakenly entered the wrong address on a return label they purchased from USPS for an eBay transaction. After obtaining a new label and tracking, they encounter difficulties updating the information in the eBay system. They seek advice on how to resolve this, as eBay chat has not provided a solution.
I purchased a return INSURED label for a buyer who needs to return a item broken in delivery. Then I uploaded label info into Ebay for return process. Then I realized I mistakenly put my address in the wrong place on return label with USPS. No biggie , USPS refunds me and I get new tracking and return label from USPS. But now I can not figure out how to edit the tracking and upload the NEW return label for my buyer . And Ebay chat keeps repeating itself with no resolution. Can someone help me with suggestions?

Mentor3 weeks ago@jacstone1000 That's a tough one that is going to cause problems with the return case.
FYI, if you do want to use your own return labels, which I recommend, you can buy the labels for less on Pirateship.
Go ahead and send the label to the buyer in eBay messages as a JPG image if you are not able to share the correct label in the return case. Also be sure to let the buyer know what is happening and share the correct tracking number in a message.

The agent can NOT change the tracking that is already in the case but they can make a note of the new number.
