eco-applianceparts - DO NOT USE
I Purchased a control board on EBay from eco-applianceparts.
The description states that the control board has a lifetime warranty.
The board failed and I contacted eco-applianceparts through the EBay message system.
They told me to return the board and they would refund my money.
I sent the board back to them via USPS and have the tracking information showing that it was received.
After spending ~$40.00 to return the board at eco-applianceparts instruction, and after multiple messages requesting the refund, eco-applianceparts will not issue my refund.
They are now saying that the 90 day return policy has passed.
I have explained to them multiple times that I am not returning under the 90 day return policy, I am returning it under the "Lifetime Warranty".
I have received no help from Eco-applianceparts since I received the original message that they would issue a refund after I sent the old item back to them.
I would definitely not purchase anything from eco-applianceparts.
