So now my account and my wife's account are restricted and I believe it's the guys buying our product that don't want us on this website are reporting us and getting our **bleep** God **bleep** accounts restricted what can we do about this

eBay usually says why they restricted you in a message and if there is anything you can do to recover your account. Follow all instructions even if they are redundant such as providing tracking for labels purchased on eBay. With MC011 eBay usually wants receipts too for the items you are selling.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.

OP2 years agoThank you, so my wife's account got restricted day before Christmas. And has yet to receive pay outs for items sold and delivered. So I started selling with my account and I'm restricted now. My wife has tried over and over to fix and do what they want and then it's something else. And we are not doing anything to hurt the community. Honestly I am a dumpster diver out saving items that can be used still and prevent filling of land fills and pollution from the chain of energy it takes for production of new items to shipping. So tell me what we have done wrong? It's the guys/guy who is purchasing our items and bringing us attention by false reporting to be able to sell his product. Coincidental that he was buying from my wife and she got restricted because of him and then I make an account for me he purchases four items and I'm restricted and I've never ever sold anything it's obvious right there who's causing the problem eBay needs a **bleep** open their **bleep** eyes and their **bleep** mind look outside the **bleep** box here and see who the problem is cuz my family is out over 3 Grand over this and the items cuz they've been shipped and delivered
