ebay's UPS Shipping Account Number
UPS have lost a shipment of mine and admitted it. I've submitted a claim, but UPS will not let me complete the filing until I give them ebay's "UPS Shipping Account Number". Ebay has made sure it's impossible to talk to a human being to resolve this, and instead sticks me with a bunch of useless articles that don't help my situation. I need help.
