eBay's system is ok if everything works according to the system's policies, but when you have to rely on a person for help you can forget it. I have been trying to get a refund ($900) that the seller has agreed to but cannot get the refund back to me. How do I get to talk to a person. Does anyone have customer service direct telephone number?

Mentor3 years agoThe seller may not have enough funds available on eBay to make the direct refund, or the funds there may be on hold. The seller may have to provide a backup payment source to be able to complete the refund.
You cannot call directly, but you can request a call back from eBay if you are in the US:
