ebay's shipping label not used
Recently sold a bird house and a 72$ shipping label was created and billed, despite us cancelling and not using. We brought item to UPS and it was shipped for 24$. Yet ebay is still charging us the 72$ and that killed any profit. Who do I contact to reconcile?

Mentor10 months ago@thebadlt387 Once you cancel the label it takes about 3 weeks to get a refund as the shipper has to make sure that the label was not used. Be sure to manually upload the new tracking number to the sold item.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

OP10 months agoThank you much. I was out of town when the item sold and didnt realize they were gonna charge so much.
