Ebay's refund guarantee is a joke
Seller is from Brazil and even indicates on the auction that shipping can take up to 12 weeks. After 60 days, items haven't arrived and seller won't offer refund. Ebay is useless (and I'm unable to contact a human) stating that money back guarantee is only for claims made within 30 days of purchase. Such nonsense!!!

The simplest solution seems to be to rely on your credit card company (or PayPal) for a refund when dealing with foreign orders and lengthy transit times.
If the item has been shipped … are you willing to repay the seller if the item arrives after you’ve received a refund? [After all, you knew from the beginning about the potential of a 12-week transit time … yet purchased the item anyway.]
