eBay's money
Help! eBay required me to issue a refund cost of the item plus shipping and I immediately did! She kept the item and returned some books. Nothing more. Is there is no protection for us sellers????
can anyone advise or help me please? I am unable to reach out or contact eBay and am running out of time and given no options. I've appealed and I'm not getting a response. Help!

If the buyer filed a Return Request, you needed to provide a prepaid return shipping label and not refund until after you received the returned item(s).
