eBay's letting priority tire scam people
They say FedEx lost the tires. FedEx says they never even got them. They just got a computer orientated shipping label and I just want my money back from the scammers

If you do not received your item by the last estimated delivery date eBay gave when you paid, you can open an item not received case to get a refund. You have 30 days from that date to open the case.
If it has been longer than that you will have to do a charge back with your funding source. PayPal and most credit cards allow you 180 days. If it has been over that and you used a credit card you can contact them to see if they have longer protection.

·2 years agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
