Ebays international shipping system - item lost in transit.

Hi, I sold 2 items and it shipped via Ebays international shipping method. I tracked it to the ebay international service center, then it was dispatched to DHL where it appears to me lost as it shows in transit for more then two months. The sales reference information is below. Can I get a refund for this sale as I have to refund the buyer for the package he didn't receive as a result of Ebays shipping.

If you shipped via the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS) and tracking shows delivered to the eBay hub in Glendale Heights Illinois, your job is basically done.
If it's past the estimated delivery date to the Buyer, the Buyer needs to open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay. EBay will take it from there and handle any refund.
All of the above only applies if you used the eIS program and didn't ship direct to the Buyer.
