EBAY's Help is going crazy
I want to speak to a represantative which is impossible regarding a coupon I have put on my items and the end date is December 15 2025 and the listings show the sale will end in 15 hours?!? and when I am typing to the 'fake' representative I am getting this message:
I DO NOT WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

I can't see any listings on this account so I can't advise you. If you give me the eBay Item Number for the listing, I can look at it and provide some advice.
Is the listing with the coupon renewing in 15 hours?

eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for either buyers or sellers. However, you can have eBay call you, here
