Ebay's Guarantee is not existing at all.
I bought a watch that supposedly was sent to me. I never received any notices that my watch had arrived to my Country and that I was to pay for taxes. I waited, and after a while I asked what was going on, since the the tracking read that it was to be delivered.... askedĀ again and they told me to wait a bit longer. I waited and waited, never got any information, and when I presented a claim E Bay simple responded that I was to pay the taxes in my Country. I am fine with that, but how can I pay if I never got word from any one, nor Ebay, telling me that the watch was in Country.... Now they refuse to make effective the guarantee they brag about so much. The localĀ Mail Service told me that the watch was returned to the sender, and now I am left with no watch and no money.... what a scam. Probably Ebay will kick me out from their page after 7 years of been a buyer, but I do not mind since I am not up for loosing more money.
Do not believe in E Bay' Guarantee.... it is not true.
