eBay's Fee's and Seller Performance score related to items not received.
I cannot be the only one experiencing these things, more than half of my earnings go to eBay's fees. More specifically advertising fees. When a campaign is set up it asks how much you are willing to spend per day. The actual amount charged is over your specified budget. Why? How are they able to get away with this? I signed up for the $100 credit on advertising promotion and the fees were not credited and it was almost impossible to get through to an agent for help.
I also had a high item not received cases from December to February. I called on each one of them where I was told this was happening to others as well. I even filed with the USPS a lost item report. I am being told this will count against my seller performance that I am responsible for the actions of the USPS. How is this fair?
Please share your experiences so I can gather enough information to file an official complaint with whatever agency that can look into eBay's unfair practices.
