eBay's errors on shipping label prices
Has anyone else been screwed by eBay's errors on shipping label prices?
Does anyone know how to reach a person at eBay?
Does anyone know how to get through to fed-ex without any "account number"?

I care enough to let you know that a number of years ago I had FedEx double my cost over what Buyers paid and neither eBay nor FedEx could or would explain the details for their "additional charges" that increased my label cost over the customer's. The worst was a Buyer paid about $ 23 and I was charged about $ 46 and it was NOT a large package, meaning Dimensional weight was not involved. I stopped using them and have never used them since. I ship exclusively with USPS.
As @shipscript posted, there is apparently a problem and eBay is working on it ... I've read a few threads here on the issue ...
