Question

The item that I bought was not misrepresented but what they shipped to me was not what they advertised. To date they still misrepresent the item they are selling. I need to speak to a person.

If the item you received is not as described, you have thirty days to file a "not as described" return with eBay. The seller will have three days to either refund you directly, or else provide for tracked return shipping and refund upon return. If the seller does not cooperate at any point, after three business days, ask eBay to step in before twenty-one business days has passed.
