eBay's customer service email address?
Does anyone have the customer service email address so I can send an email. I just need some help with an order that I was charged for shipping but my buyer paid the shipping. Any advice?

The buyer pays you the shipping and you use that to purchase the label.
The buyer's payment to eBay includes the item, the shipping you set on your listing, and any tax they owe. eBay takes their selling fees out and sends you the balance.
