eBay's continuous "improvements" keep setting sellers up for INADs
Summary: major_apparel expressed frustration with eBay's new listing tool, which has complicated sizing for sellers by removing odd sizes from required fields. They feel the system changes are impractical for full-time sellers and have been ineffective in communicating their feedback, believing responses are managed by automated systems without real impact. They are seeking solutions and direct communication channels to address these issues.
I have been dealing with this for months. eBay has rolled out this listing tool that "simplifies" sizing apparently. They removed all odd sizing in the required size field. Im sure it made perfect sense for all the uneducated decision makers but for real sellers on the ground that sell full time this is a freaking nightmare. Every suit I list that is an odd size has to now come with a disclosure that my item is actually listed incorrectly. Who do we talk to in order change this mess? I've left hundreds of feedback about the listing tool over the past several months with no response. I'm sure it's all routed through AI bs or overseas and I'll never get any kind of response from a real person that has any kind of authority to effect change. The only correct answer here is a fix to the system but ebay loves the fix things that aren't broken.

For feedback to reach the proper teams, use this feedback link here inside the listing tool. Upper right corner in the ︙ 3 dots menu. The correct teams will see this feedback.
Short to the point feedback like this one I just sent
