Ebays compounded IT errors
Hi
eBay made a couple of **bleep** ups in their system which affected both me and a “supposed†buyer ..
it was finally resolved after a couple of weeks of to and froing .. basically eBay sold an item of mine that had been delisted as it was no longer for sale .. the “buyer†wanted their money back rightly .. i fought with them to get it back .. eventuallt the buyer got their moneybrefunded — i couldnt do it from my account nor could eBay themselves due a to these IT glitches on my account .. they then paid me the forrybpounds this is obviously not right and needs paying back from me to them .. but I cant do it - ive tried .. ebay need to take it back per the supposed eVay system .. but instead they carried it forward on my account and have now sent me a message saying im not allowed to sell things .. so my question is - With eBays One Way method of coomunicatiom how can we get the forty pounds back to them and get them to clean the IT glitches on my account if all I get is a robot chat that doesnt have a clue on it ?????
