eBayMotors Fraud?
Hi,
I saw an auction that was a few minutes from ending so I quickly bid and won. I was the only bidder. In my haste I didn't see that the VIN or any certification was missing. I messaged the seller and got a response admitting he is a different person than the listed seller.
The photos looked great but the background was obviously in the desert while the listing is in Minnesota. The seller is asked for my personal info. for the docs that he will courier to me after payment. Also, says he will send me his bank and full info. for payment. When I said I would get on a plane to complete the purchase he went silent. What actions should I take?
