Ebay wrongly cancelled my purchase for nonpayment
I bought 4 items and asked seller for a combined shipping invoice. Ebay cancelled the order for nonpayment before the seller sent me the invoice. It now looks like I backed out on a payment. My attempts to contact ebay have failed. Any suggestions?

Mentor9 months agoYour seller must have had their account set to automatically cancel purchases after four full days of non payment. This is a seller setting and eBay just does what it is told to do. Unfortunately when this happens you earn an Unpaid Item Strike for each purchase that was cancelled. Although you can contact eBay customer service they are not authorized to remove more than one UPI strike as a one time curtesy.
