Ebay would not let me add a payment to pay for cancellation fee
I've been stuck for a few days trying to cancel an order, Ebay contact is non existent I've tried calling only to get an automated message saying I'm not calling during business hours (even though it was in the middle of their business hours)
Any time I try to click the (Add payment) option It loads then says I don't have enough funds, even though it didn't give me a chance to put my card info in, just automatically gives me the message right after I click the button. Have tried app and Browser, Chrome and Firefox.
I'm so confused, and my cancellation is overdue. Didn't really want to make a forum post about this, but since Ebay help is non-existent I don't have any other real choice

If you just changed your eBay username, try signing out completely and then signing back in.
Then try adding a new payment method here:
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
If that is not working, try another payment method; there may be limits to the number of attempts you can make before your card is temporarily locked.
Once you have successfully added a payment method there, then try to refund.
You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If you are unable to get a call back, try contacting eBay via social media direct message:
