Ebay won't take my card
Ebay won't take my card even though it was verified to be loaded. Help page doesn't help. I requested a to talk to someone and they said there was a 1 minute wait for the call. 36 minutes later still no call. There seems to be no way to contact someone directly by text or phone. I'm trying to by an extremely rare collectors item that may be gone by the time I get any help. They will not let me re-request a call.
