Ebay wont return item 147053546960
Had an item arrive broken, the seller says dont ship it, but ebay says I have to ship it, I shipped it and FedEx returned the item per the sellers request, but EBay is not refunding me the money. I sent them an email, tried to contact them at 866-540-3229 and voicemail always says it's outside of business hours. I can't believe how bad customer support is at EBay these days!!! any help would be appreciated

Mentor7 months agoebay doesn't refund you for the broken item, the seller refunds you. If you filed a returns request, the seller accepted, and tracking shows it was Delivered back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
