Ebay won't let me resolve a return issue
Buyer started a return and then decided item was not defective and would keep it. eBay won't let me resolve a return? How do I get this return resolved and get paid?

The buyer needs to close the Return Request.

OP2 years agoApparently she doesn’t know how to close the request. I’ve basically spelled it out for her. She said she reported it, but no clue how she’s contacting eBay. What do I do if she doesn’t close it?

Send her these instructions:
To cancel a return request
When you received notification that she had filed the Return Request, how did you respond to the request?
