Ebay won't let me contact a seller to let him know information he needs

Question

I purchased several items by clicking "pay only this seller". One of those items I needed the let the seller know what I wanted the sticker to say. When I click "contact seller", type what I need it to say and hit send, a message saying something that seems like that feature is not working on ebay.

Try using a different browser or a different link to contact the seller.

Try contacting the seller through the seller's profile or feedback page if you are unable to contact the seller through your Purchase History or the item listing.
