Ebay wont help with undelivered item?

Question

I purchased an item on ebay, received tracking, got delivery notification. Go to FedEx site and see photo proof and its not my house. Of course FedEx tracking won't show the shipping address. I have ebay support call me and they file an undelivered report for me and say to wait til next week, but a couple days later ebay says the case is closed because tracking shows delivered. Tried to appeal, no luck. Tried going through PayPal, no luck. Seller won't send me a copy of shipping label so I can confirm the address. What recourse do I have here? Feeling cheated by all parties at this point.

Take the tracking number down to your local Fed Ex office and have them check their GPS for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT addressed to youi and your address, have the Fed Ex clerk state that on their letterhead. They don't need to state the name/address attached to the tracking number, just that it was not addressed to YOU.

Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers

Include these phrases:

Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
