Ebay won't give me my money

I sold some golf clubs. I clicked on the Label button, but as soon as I saw I would be charged $150+, I canceled the label and took my clubs to the post office. The order was received, but ebay deducted the label charge and no matter what I do I can't speak to anyone to resolve this issue and get my money back.

If you voided the shipping label it takes the shipper up to 21 days to allow the refund. The shipper must see that the label was not used before they will allow the refund. eBay will let you know once the shipper ok's the refund.
