Ebay won't call me...
Ebay refuses to call me. Yes I checked that they have the right number.
I have a moissanite that was sold as a diamond. I need to return it. Seller gave me a shipping label made out for Indian postage. USPS refused parcel. I complained, so they sent a label made out to an unknown shipping company. Not USPS, not Fedex, not United Parcel...not even DHL. I need a label from a company I know how to drive to. Ebay has been ignoring me...claiming their site has options it doesnt. This is nuts. Ebay has no money back guarantee. At this rate they may not even have any competent employees.
