Ebay won't allow use of a Bank of America Checking Account
I've been a member since Sep 2001 and am back after a long hiatus.
So I need to allow eBay access to my checking account so I can get paid.
And I've tried but it won't go thru.
I *assume* because the name on the checking acct. is "Wife OR Husband" but the ebay name is just "Husband"
Since eBay wants a first/middle/last name I am betting I can never get a character-for-character match between names.
What are good options here?
1] Don't like a debit card - has fees
2] Have a paypal account but that appears to no longer be within regulations.
3] Don't want to set up a checking account just for this - I have maybe two dozen items to sell and then it'll be years before I'm back.
Suggestions?

·3 years agoYour only option is to have a checking account in the name that exactly matches your Ebay account.
BOA and Ebay doesn't work good together.
