Ebay won't allow me to write that a seller is from China in my negative feedback
Ebay says this is offensive language. Can anyone tell me what's offensive about this feedback? This is not right. Ebay is protecting Chinese sellers by forbidding us to tell the truth. I wrote the following.
I've still not received the order. I've messaged the seller many many times asking for a replacement. They keep asking me to wait longer then today asked me to send screenshots of my order so they can send to the carrier. THAT'S RIDICULOUS! They are the seller and have all the order info. Also, all listings say USA but they are CHINESE and do not appear to be shipping from the USA. Is this the reason for them asking me to wait longer? I was patient but now I'm upset. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Mentor1 year ago@sunshinedesignonline The offensive language message is probably because of how the feedback system reads what you type. It doesn't read words, it reads the letters that can run from one word into the next word and makes profanity that's not allowed word.
@disneyshopper. Has given you some great advice. Don't let the seller stall you. Be sure to report the listing for item location misrepresentation, this goes on the sellers record .
Go to the listing and report the seller for location violation if the tracking shows it's coming from another country other than stated on the listing. The report option is on the right hand side above the description box.
Choose these options from the report screen>
Listing practices > Other listing practices > Item location misrepresentation
Since sellers in other countries do sometimes have warehouses in the US eBay does not know that the sellers are violating policy unless they are reported.
When shopping here are some tips for dealing with this problem:
#1 Check the sellers feedback page to see what country they live in AND what the feedback they have received says.
#2 Never expect a package sooner than the last estimated delivery date. If the delivery time is very long then it's most likely coming from another country.
#3 If you do make a purchase from a seller that lies about their location you are covered by the eBay MBG.

When the item is at least one day late you can file a refund request for item not received.
OR if the item arrives you can file an item not as described refund request. Reason doesn't match pictures or description. Doesn't match pictures or description. Item location is part of the description.
The seller will need to send the money to pay return shipping to your PayPal account. Do not pay return shipping and expect to be refunded for it as eBay has no way to force a seller to refund more than the original purchase price.
Returns to some countries must be shipped using PRIORITY MAIL no matter the weight or item price to have tracking proof of delivery. The tracking number must be entered into the request.
IF the seller does not respond to a request then you ask eBay to step in and help after 4 business days.

99% of sellers located in China refund without paying to return the item because return shipping is MUCH more expensive to China than out bound shipping that is subsidized by their government.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
