Ebay won’t let me sell coins
Does anybody know why I can’t sell coins on eBay? They said I have no track record of selling but I just started and got my mom‘s collection after she passed away. Can someone please advise me how I can sell coins on eBay please

You cannot sell coins until you are an established seller. This means selling for at least 90 days with 100 items and $1,000 in sales in the last 12 months. If you want to be able to sell coins eventually, you will have to start with some other products.

OP9 months agoWhat’s weird is I have tried to sell coins a lot less expensive than others are trying to sell the same thing I have and just recently, I tried to sell a coin that’s an air coin and that’s what they blocked. Me and people were asking 1800 and I went well below with the standard show. I just inherited my mom‘s coin collection when she passed away so I’ve tried to sell, but it seems like eBay is a scam and I guess I need to go just send everything to PCGS
I tried to sell error coin and that’s what they blocked me and I was only asking $175 for it so seems a little sketchy to me as I’ve tried to sell tons of things but all I have is collectible coins so to block me seems a little silly if I do an auction they charged me $250 that’s in a way I can sell things on eBay now and I didn’t sell that one and I did not overcharge and gave fair pricing a lot less than what others are asking for. I searched their sites and they’ve maybe sold one thing or nothing as well. Thank you for your advice. Looks like I need to just change my profile and start over with eBay and start selling $.25 coins, the shipping is $4.95 ~ thank you for your advice so I don’t waste my time anymore on eBay.
