EBay won’t allow return on Ink Cartridges that were Dry!!!
says request was Closed. Won’t do anything about it.
please help

Mentor8 months agoWhen you filed the Return Request, what reason did you use? Did you file the request within 30 days of delivery?

OP8 months agoI actually closed return. I needed to print paperwork for my Mom. Should’ve tried installing the new cartridges before closing return. eBay said the return was closed and they couldn’t do anything about it.
I tried searching online for any help or contact information.
After several attempts….
I finally got a response saying to refuse shipment and return product.

You cannot refuse a shipment that already was delivered. If you return the product to the seller, you will not get a refund since you closed your return request.
