eBay withholding payment funds
I recently sold an item, it was delivered, the buyer left positive feedback. I had to change my shipper from USPS to FedEx, but I provided a FedEx tracking number and shipper name. It's been 4 days since delivery and eBay has not released my funds and there is nobody to contact at eBay. Does this mean I will not get paid? Very frustrating!

Mentor6 months agoJust a heads up--changing shippers isn't recommended. Your buyer agreed to one shipping type and you changed it and that can be a problem for some buyers. They may be inclined to leave a neutral or negative feedback over it. You can offer multiple type of shipping in your listing and let your buyer choose if you wish.

OP6 months agoThank you! I’ve read the articles and I’ve met all the criteria. However, because I switched shippers eBay is not seeing the tracking number (even though it has been provided).

Mentor6 months agoSometimes they will place a temporary hold on payouts for infrequent/occasional sellers.
How did you provide the new tracking # ?
On your Seller Hub > Paid & Shipped page there is an Edit link next to the showing tracking # - click that.
You won't be able to change it if it was an eBay label, but you can add another tracking #.
