Ebay withholding funds from seller because buyer "doesn't remember " purchasing. Case open by buyer
Ebay has seller funds for almost 2 months. Where is the seller protection. Why such a long time interval. Ebay won't give further information except wait. What is their policy to protect the seller. Put of merchandise and $

It sounds like your Buyer opened a chargeback with their bank. If so, eBay needs to put a hold on the funds for that transaction until the Buyer's bank makes a decision. EBay usually notifies the Seller that the decision from the Buyer's bank takes eight weeks.
