eBay will not willing to understand what my problem is.
Sadly, there is no way to contact eBay except through menus that do not address my issue. I have tried many times and they never answer. They just say thank you for helping us improve, or they just don’t respond at all. I have tried fruitlessly many times to find a human being to even understand my problem with eBay. I have purchased items from a seller.the seller still has not gotten my payment. eBay has charged my credit card. It has been well over a week and the seller still cannot get the funds. He has tried many times contacting eBay. Again, there is no human there and he is just dealing with endless emails that do not address his concern.
I still want this piece of artwork and he is willing to sell it. I thought I had purchased it. Do I own it? Why does eBay not want to deal with me?

Mentor1 year agoIf the seller is having problems getting paid, the seller will have to contact eBay directly. eBay often holds funds for new or infrequent sellers, but once eBay has received payment, the seller should ship.
You or your seller may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link between 5am to 9:30pm Pacific Time:
