Ebay will not send me a shipping label and now they're saying it's too late for a refund.
I've spent almost 70 dollars on what turned out to be fake earbuds. I've tried to resolve this by returning it, but ebay would not let me access the shipping label that the seller sent me. Now they're saying it's too late and I'm not getting a refund. This is incredibly frustrating since ebay has no customer service. I have no idea what to do.

How did Ebay not let you access the shipping label that the seller sent to you?
When you could not get the shipping label, did you go back to the Return Request to ask Ebay to step in to help you within the specified time frame?
