I sent a package using ebay shipping and the post office did not scan it as arrived or as departed from a postal sorting center. The buyer did an INR claim after a few weeks and ebay refunded the buyer. The item was $9.99. The post office delivered the package the day after the refund which was a few days before the estimated delivery date.
