Ebay will not release funds to buyer
An Item was automatically relisted, then purchased, the item is damaged I tried to cancel the order, Ebay says I don't have enough funds for refund, Ebay still has the money I never received it, I called Ebay they were very cryptic and really provided no help. Could someone help me figure out how to rectify this situation?

·3 years agoYou provide a source of funding for the refund and refund the buyer from that. After you do that, eBay releases your funds that are on hold.
