Ebay will not pay me the funds in my account
I have called over 10 times, connected thru chat, wrote letters to the headquarters in CA and nothing has been done to get the funds on hold out of my account. I was told by an "account specialist" a link would be sent to me, but never received. It keeps saying I need to update my SS#, when I hit the red banner button, I get another screen that says updating information???? I didn't give any information to update?
I am so frustrated, anyone have any ideas how to get this resolved?

Make sure the name you registered with on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. If you need to add a middle name or initial, do it in the first name space. My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you use a physical street address and not a P.O. Box. You can use a P.O. Box as your SHIP FROM address.

OP3 years agoI am able to move money to my bank, eBay has my funds on hold because they said I need to update my SS#, but there is no way to do that.
