eBay will not get by with this!
There is barely a way to talk to eBay and they have made huge mistakes on my account and at the last minute made a small payout to my account that they had the payout on hold and the seller (me) cancelled this before the payout and all the fees and shipping were a disaster and they could not even follow or read to me there own fee rules and had no clue what to say over the phone and twist there English words to un-understandable words. Weeks later they say I have received a payout and that I have sold double that amount as far as from the buyer they say I received 280 after charging me the seller 40+40+60 and who now’s what they charged the buyer! I had listed buyer pays all shipping and got charged 60 for the label and promotion fees at 40 each and all promo fees are zero it says on my account for up to so many items and again I cancelled this sell immediately while they held my funds and I removed the payment method and I blocked eBay from my account and still the payment was sent to my account . eBay chose to make these mistakes so eBay can pay my buyer for them with their monies.

OP10 months agoAbsolutely insane and absolutely illegal and absolutely will not see another cent from me and eBay owes the buyer 280. For an item immediately. They were not to release the partial payment at all, for a cancellation of the item. That is how they screw people buy holding there money, yet telling them to ship, and then can’t complete the cancellation because they have the money on hold! So the item was still cancellled as they did not release the funds to the buyer as they should have. This is their error and they can pay for it. See ya in court.
