ebay will not continue with return
I am trying to return an item. Seller has been very helpful. I did return, uploaded photo. But " continue" is greyed out. How do I complete return request?

Mentor3 weeks agoIn addition to uploading the photo, I have heard that you also need to type a couple of lines of text.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the "Continue" button is not lit then something required is missing. Take a close look at everything to make sure you have not missed anything.
