Ebay will not call me regarding a dishonest seller.
The seller stated that he does not accept returns. I ordered and purchased a new product, but sent a used product. Seller is deceptive and need help getting my money back.
Ebay now says it will not call me.

An item not as described cannot be closed by the seller without refunding (or if it times out because you didn't open it in time or you didn't escalate it to eBay in time). It sounds like you opened the case for a different reason.
Since the case is closed, your option now is to contact your credit card company about a charge back.

Here's what to do...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

OP5 months agoWhen I contacted the seller, he told me that he doesn't accept returns and closed the case. Ebay stated that the case is closed and offered no further options.
