ebay will not allow me to contact a seller
ebay will not let me contact the seller on my recent purchase . but ebay wants me to rate the sell . i have a problem with missing parts and wrong slot dimension on advertised listing . they have changed the dimension on their listing to the smaller size now .boxes will not hold my hard guards .thats why i bought them. i have put together the boxes and center dividers for 3 boxes are missing .that is 12 divders .do i leave feed back stating this or how can i contact the seller if ebay will not let me type in the contact seller box .
