    Ebay! Why do you act like we are on a first name basis?
                     

    You force me to use my legal name and then use my name everywhere like we're buddies. We are not on a first name basis.  Get my pretty name out of your mouth.  Call me by my username!

    eBay using a user's full name in a message or an email is one indication that the user is dealing with eBay rather than just anyone that happens to find a username somewhere.
