EBAY what a let down
Purchased a item that came to me wrong size tried working it out with seller, went to ebay with problem and they sided with the seller who in 3 months racked up 18 negatives. After 21 years with Ebay and 100% feedbacks I am prone to leave and go to Amazon. I sure they will enjoy my loyalty better than ebay

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. If you received an Item that is not as shown in the listing, you have 30 days from delivery to open an Item Not as Described refund request.
Buyers must open that request on the eBay site within the 30-day window for eBay to protect them. There are no exceptions.

Did eBay state why they sided with the Seller?
