Ebay website will not allow me to complete a return/refund request

I have repeatedly tried to complete the Return screens to return a totally broken, dysfunctional item I received on July 5th. I want my Ebay Guarentee Money back since it appears the seller will not take a return and will not return my money. I can't reach a live agent. Ebay does not see my multiple tries to complete a Return Form! Does anyone out there know what else to do?

You should be able to file a "not as described" return, regardless of the seller's stated policy. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and use the "Return this item" link under "More actions".

What happens when you try? How far do you get?

Any difference if you try another browser?
