Ebay website has no way to resolve my issue
I have been trying to request for a return since the day I received my item but the ebay website keeps telling me I can not because I had filed a dispute with PayPal. But that dispute has been cancelled and closed for a couple days now and they still tell me the same thing and the sellers policy does allow for returns

·3 years agoSorry, once you opened a case through Pay Pal, Ebay is done with it and they won't do anything to help.

Mentor3 years agoOnce you seek resolution outside of eBay, you can not open a return or claim through eBay. It doesn’t mater that the PayPal claim has been closed.
